Ameniti appreciate your confidence in our services. By signing up on our online platform www.Ameniti.com (hereby “website”) you agree on these Terms and Conditions and on our Privacy Policy that we recommend you to read carefully.


Scope of our service

We offer you a personal website (hereby Ameniti account) to request for check-in in an affiliated hotel,to have your questions answered and your requests fulfilled during your stayin an affiliated hotel, and to display the bill paid. During your stay in an affiliated hotel, you may have the possibility to contact the hotel staff through digital messaging. All this features will be mentioned as “service”.


In order to have access to this service, you previously need to sign up by completing a registration that is sent to you previously to your stay. The data requested on this registration form is: email address, first name, last name and cell number. In order to deliver our service, it is important to complete the form with real information.


Your Ameniti account will be available with:

  • the option for remote check-in request in an affiliated hotel,

  • a digital messaging service that instantly manages your inquiries and requests during your stay,

  • the invoice paid.


Signing up does not implies to use the service.



By clicking on the “Continue” button:

  • the hotel is automatically informed about your check-in request,

  • your registered personal details are provided to the hotel in order to retrieve your reservation,

  • the hotel is expressly authorized by you to pre-authorize the credit card indicated in the reservation,

  • the hotel proceeds with your check-in by assigning an available room on its property management system.


When check-in is completed, you will automatically receive a notification from Ameniti confirming your room number and informing that your room key is ready at the hotel reception.



The details of your invoice are provided by the property management systems of the affiliated hotels, so they are the sole responsibility to keep updated the information. We never modify the information received about your invoices paid.


Service free of charge

Our service is completely free of charges. We do not charge extra costs on your hotel account.


Besides digital notifications listed above, you agree to receive a notification that can be sent after your stay, for example inviting you to complete a satisfaction form.


Our Privacy Policy follows strictly the GDPR.

We also follow ethical standards for personal data management. We reserve the right to disclose your information to our employees and our trusted representatives under our permission. For more information we recommend you to read carefully our Privacy Policy.

Limited liability

Subject to the limitations stated in this Terms and Conditions, and to the extent allowed by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred due to attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect of our services, to a total amount of the total cost of your account during your stay (either by an event or series of events)

However, to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our suppliers and distributors will be responsible for: (i) errors relating to information (including staying prices, extras consumption and price) of the invoice displayed in our website, (ii) loss, damage or costs (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) actually suffered, incurred by you or pay, arising or relating to the use, unavailability or delay of our website.
