Ameniti appreciates your interest and trust in us by sharing your personal data through our online platform (hereby "website"). Our mission is to far exceed your expectations regarding our services, and also our future services. With the aim to be more transparent with you, we provide this Privacy Policy stating the information that we collect, how we use it, with whom and why we may share it. We also detail the security measures established in order to protect your personal data provided. We are committed to respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all our services offered through our website.

to request for check-in in an affiliated hotel, to have your questions answered and your requests fulfilled during your stay in an affiliated hotel, and to display the bill paid

Personal data introduced when you complete our registration form

Through our registration form which is completed by you or by someone else on your behalf and under your consent, we collect and store the following information: email address, first name, last name and cell number. These personal data are needed to create a user account (Amenitiaccount) where our service is offered.


Use of your personal data

The personal data listed above, along with the consumption details of the invoice delivered by the hotel property management systems, are only and exclusively used by us:

  • to request for check-in to the hotel on your behalf (under your request through your Ameniti account),

  • to answer your question and manage your inquiries during the stay,

  • to store your bills paid.

In order to enjoy our service, we recommend you to complete our registration form with real personal information. Otherwise we cannot deliver our service.

The responsibility about the validity and quality of the data delivered by the hotel property management systems is sole and exclusively of the hotels. We never modify the information received about your opened account and your bills paid.



Control over your personal data

Your personal data provided during registration are available in My Profile section inside your Ameniti account.

If your personal data registered are wrong, you have the possibility to update them at any time by sending us a request to: Send us an email from your email account registered in Ameniti with the subject “Data update”. We reserve the right to make any necessary verification before executing the update, either terminate your account in case any misuse or illegal behavior is detected.

Removal of the data registered in Ameniti

If you would like to remove your personal information stored in our systems, please send us an email from your email registered in Ameniti to the email address with the subject "Deleting data.



With whom we share your personal data

Under certain circumstances, it will be necessary to share your personal data with third parties:

External service providers

As in many companies, parts of our operations are outsourced to providers (for instance, the hosting) that provide their knowledge and experience enhancing our service and improving its security. We require to our suppliers the maximum security regarding personal data protection and disclosure to third parties, with appropriate security measures. We limit the use of personal data, treating and processing them only with the aim to provide the service detailed in our Terms and Conditions. Usage Information

Each time you connect to our website, we collect information about your connection in order to enhance and tailor our service to your needs. All this kind of information is not linked with you, unless you sign up in your Ameniti account. We also store statistical information that allows us to improve our service and then your satisfaction. For example, the date and hour of the connection, the pages visited in our website, the time spent in each page, etc. Although this kind of information is anonymous or unidentifiable, is regarded as personal data by themselves.


In order to guaranty your security during the transfer of your personal data or the use our service, we install “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) encryption till 256-bit for encryption of the information provided. We recommend you to verify that the information is encrypted. To do this, you only need to check that a lock symbol appears on the tool bar of your navigator or the url begins by “https” instead of “http”.

Your personal information collected both, online and during the sign up to our service, is stored by us and/or our service providers in databases protected with a combination of physical and logical measures, secure servers technologies and other reasonable measures. However, these security measures cannot avoid any loss, misuse or modification of your personal information and we are not responsible for any damage or liability in connection with any such incidents to the fullest extent permitted by law.
